• All prices are in Euro and contain the current Italian tax (20%).
• If your country is not member of the European Union you only have to pay net prices (without the 20% Italian tax)
• Price list is updated daily. When an order is made a confirmation email will be sent.
• In case of unavailability of one or more articles or if any problem arises you will be contacted by our customer service.
• Products illustrations and characteristics are indicative only. Characteristics shown may be subject to change.
• For every purchase a receipt will be issued and will be enclosed with the delivery.

BANK TRANSFER:
Our bank details will be sent you by e-mail after the receivement of the order.
You transfer the invoice total to our account in advance. As soon as we have received the money the goods will be shipped. As an internet-customer you can also pay conveniently online and send us a hardcopy of the online-transfer by email. Normally this enables us to ship the goods immediately.
Please notice that you have to pay the banking charges!

CREDIT CARD:
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Credit card orders may require you to fax a copy of the front and back of your credit card.

PAYPAL:
Once the order is ready for delivery, we'll send you an e-mail through Paypal with the total amount to deposit. The amount will include freight charges.
Your Paypal e-mail address must be the same you use to place the order at our website.

For shipment to Ue countries (*), Hobbyland.eu offers a new flat shipping rate. Most of the items purchased through our website will be shipped with our Europe Standard Flat rate, that is calculated automatically at the end of the order.

For orders over 30 Kg and for large or heavy items, (such as glass sheets, lead boxes, clay etc.), additional shipping fees have to be applied. We'll work with you to determine the most effective and economical shipping method. Call us or write us for assistance.

(*) UE countries : Austria , Belgium/Luxemburg , Bulgaria, Denmark, Eire, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, England, Latvijas Republika, Lithuania, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovenská Republika, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.

N.b. Shipping to islands (ex. Baleares, Canarie, Madeira etc.) or remote areas, require additional shipping fees. You'll be contacted by our sales departement in case of additional costs.
(*) Normal dimension: single parcel, 0-30 Kgs (**) Special dimension: multi-parcel, pallets, parcels over 30 Kgs.

Shipping charges will not be automatically calculated. You'll be contacted by our sales department for order confirmation with shipping charges. For any information please contact our sales department ( vendite@hobbyland.it ).

• Goods are checked and packed with care. Please verify that the parcel is intact on receipt of the order and notify immediately the courier of any damage which can be detected in the packing, signing it off conditionally.
• Any flaws, quality defects or detectable damages must be notified by registered mail or fax within 10 days of delivery.
• All tools and machinery are guaranteed for two years (or according to current regulations) from date of sell against all manufacturing defects and faulty materials, for which manufacturer's original warranty applies. Warranty is limited to replacement of defective parts and will not apply if the unit has been damaged or improperly used or has undergone improper mechanic or electric stress.
• Defective unit must be sent to Hobbyland for repair inside its original packing together with the stamped warranty and the receipt stating the purchase. In no case will carriage forward shipments through any courier be accepted, except if authorised by Hobbyland.
