Detailed Instructions for Using Reslin®

• 1. Calculating quantities: Fill your mold with water and weigh it in grams. Without additives: divide the weight by 3; use 1/3 Reslin® activator and 2/3 Reslin® oil. Example: 300g water = 100g activator + 200g oil. With GlassRoxx®: weigh water, double it; 2/3 for GlassRoxx®, 1/3 for Reslin® (1 part activator, 2 parts oil). Example: 300g water x2 = 600g total, 400g GlassRoxx®, 66.6g activator, 133.3g oil.
• 2. Preparing components: Heat both activator and oil to 60°C in a convection oven for 20 minutes (never use microwave). Warm GlassRoxx® or powders briefly if used. Check temperature with a thermometer.
• 3. Mixing: Pour Reslin® oil into the activator and stir well for several minutes until completely homogeneous. Now you can add powders, mica, or natural additives (do not use water-based additives). You have about 15 minutes to pour.
• 4. Filling the mold: Pour the mixture into the mold. If using solid additives, push them in with a spatula. Let rest 20 minutes.
• 5. Two-step baking: Bake in a convection oven 20 min at 90°C, then increase to 120°C for another 20 min without opening the oven.
• 6. Cooling & demolding: Let cool in air (may take hours; be careful—inside may still be hot) or place mold in cold water (only if core is no longer hot). Full curing in about 12 hours.
