Revolution XT: The Perfect Clean Water Saw for Precise Cuts on Any Type of Material

This portable saw can cut forwards and backwards, making it ideal for cutting curves smoothly and with precision. It uses a 250 mm sintered blade made of pressed powder and diamond, resulting in a sharp and long-lasting blade. This ring saw has a blade that makes it capable of cutting both the inside and outside radius of curves on glass, tile and stone up to 6 cm thick.

Patented Blades

With a construction similar to high-quality 250 mm tile blades, Revolution XT blades have the same longevity at the same price point. The difference is that our blades are ring saw blades guided from the outside, offering several advantages:

• The ability to perform straight or curved cuts.
• Ease of cutting a slice from the edge of the material. The blade remains stable and rigid without twisting.
• The possibility of having diamond coating on both the front and back (with the double-sided blade). This makes it possible to cut both forwards and backwards.
• The use of the same blade for all materials. There is no need to change blades.
• The material never dulls, so there is never a need to sharpen the blade.

Double-Sided Blade: This blade is included with the Revolution XT. Sintered diamond on both sides. Straight cuts and tight curved cuts on all materials, forwards and backwards. The radius capacity of this blade is 10 mm.

Standard Blade: Sintered diamond blade. Straight cuts and forward curved cuts on all materials. A standard blade for glass is also available for a perfect cut on all types of glass. The double-sided and standard blades are available in two different types: 1) stone/ceramic 2) glass.

• Sliding Tray with Magnetic Carriage: The precision of the sliding tray is unmatched compared to other saws. It works similarly to a milling machine. Your installations will reach another level of perfection. Perfectly square cuts can be achieved instantly regardless of the user, material or cutting speed by tightening and loosening just two screws. All sliding trays are equipped with an incremental double-sided scale on both sides of the blade. Exact measurements are set taking into account the thickness of the blade so that no calculation is necessary to make cuts of any size. The Revolution XT incorporates powerful magnetic stops that also help to make 45-degree cuts both center and off-center. If positioned vertically, they produce perfectly 45-degree edges, chamfered or sharpened to your liking. The tray slides on magnetized parallel angles attached to felt guides, making the saw compact. By turning the sliding tray, you increase the working surface by a third. Using it in this position, you can use the compass provided with each tray. Perfect circles up to 50 cm in diameter are possible on tiles, stone or glass.
