VINAVIL 59 VINYLIC GLUE

Vinavil 59 is an adhesive particularly suitable for gluing wood, veneer, plywood, plastic laminates on wood, paper, cork, canvas, tiles and porous materials.

How to use:

• Clean the surfaces to be bonded from dust or grease
• Spread a layer of adhesive with a thickness of about 0.5 mm on one of the two parts to be bonded (for difficult bonding on both sides).
• The application can be done with a brush or with notched trowels.
• The adhesive can be diluted to the desired viscosity or used as it is.
• The indicative amount of use is 100-150 g / m2, a value that can vary considerably depending on the porosity of the material to be bonded.
• For a better adhesion, the bonds must be subjected to a pressure of 2.5-5 kg ​​/ cm2.
• The joints covered with adhesive are tempered and heat-welded at temperatures above + 70-80 ° C.
• Vinavil 59 must be used at temperatures above + 10 ° C.
