GELFLEX WHITE - REMELTABLE PVC MOULDING RUBBER

Repro White is a highly elastic hot-melt thermoplastic resin designed for producing flexible, high-precision molds. It is suitable for artistic and craft applications as well as for technical and mechanical use, where it is employed to accurately check the true shape of engine cylinder transfer and exhaust ports. Compared to the Blue version, Repro White provides greater mold flexibility, making it better suited for undercuts and complex geometries. The resin is fully reusable and can be remelted up to 50 times.

Instructions of usage

• Melt the resin at the recommended temperature

• Seal the area to be reproduced with suitable tape

• Pour the molten material and allow it to cool

• Remove the flexible mold once set
