LASTIX - MOULDMAKING LATEX

Lastix is a pre-vulcanized natural rubber latex stabilized with ammonia and fortified with a specific antioxidant agent.

• It is used in a wide range of immersion and brush applications where transparency and medium elasticity are required.
• Typical applications include the construction of molds for objects and masks, special effects, scenography, and fabric treatment.
• It is particularly suitable for the production of all types of gloves and catheters using both coagulants and direct immersion processes.
• Ensures excellent elastic properties for fabrics, metals, and other surfaces.

Storage

• Store the product away from direct sunlight, preferably at temperatures between 10 and 35°C, never below 5°C and above 40°C.
• Avoid contact with copper, manganese, iron, tin, and metal alloys in general, as they accelerate the product's aging process.
• Avoid contact with acids and alcohols, which can cause clot formation.
• Foam and clots may form during storage; if possible, stir well before use, otherwise remove unsuitable parts.
• Attention: the product is made of natural rubber, so changes in the original properties may occur.
