The Sigma 50/E is a 50-litre kiln made with eco-friendly fiber, perfect for workshops, schools, and hobbyists. It is suitable for firing ceramics, glazes, or third-fire decorations, ensuring excellent temperature uniformity and reduced energy consumption.

Kiln Structure:

• Welded steel construction with anti-corrosion treatment.
• Internal and external protection with powder coating and heat treatment at 200°C.
• Hinged door with perimeter gasket and inspection window.

Firing Chamber:

• External multilayer insulation to absorb moisture and prevent condensation.
• Internal lining made of eco-friendly fiber, offering the same insulating properties as ceramic fiber but without health risks.
• Exclusive internal lining solution drastically reduces maintenance and energy consumption.

Heating System:

• Kanthal A1 heating elements embedded in the sidewalls for perfectly even temperature distribution.
• SSR modulation ensures precise and silent control of heating elements.
• Type K temperature probe for temperatures up to 1100°C.

Automatic Temperature Controller TC51:

• The temperature control panel is equipped with a microprocessor for programming up to 9 storable firing cycles.
• Each program can be easily selected by choosing the corresponding number.
• Within each program, it is possible to set a firing diagram with up to 12 different temperature points, each associated with a specific time for ramp-up, ramp-down, or hold.
• The display shows real-time information on the firing process (operating program, completed segment, kiln temperature, etc.).
• Indicator lights display the current operation being performed.
• Automatic restart in case of power interruption.
