Plaster mould in a bell shape designed for producing hollow ceramic objects, suitable for both casting techniques (slip, liquid clay or SlipFast) and press moulding with plastic clay. Its shape ensures precise and repeatable results, making it ideal for batch production of decorative items and artistic ceramic objects. Available in two different sizes.

Instructions for use

Casting (slip / Slipfast)

• Dilute with water to reach the desired viscosity.
• Pour into the mould up to the brim and top up as needed.
• Leave for 10–30 minutes depending on thickness.
• Empty excess liquid (reusable after filtering) and allow to drain.
• Open the mould and remove the still workable piece.
• Dry for 12–24 hours, then fire or decorate.

Press moulding (plastic clay)

• Use clay with a firm, plastic consistency.
• Press clay into the mould evenly by hand.
• Compact thoroughly, avoiding air pockets.
• Trim excess material and level edges.
• Let rest briefly to aid release.
• Open mould and remove the piece while still workable.
• Allow to dry completely before finishing and firing.
