Load bearing components are all made of die-cast aluminium with CNC-machined fits. These characteristics are essential for vibrationfree, clean planing of soft and hard woods.
With flat-milled table. Right table half with fine feed using a toggle screw for chip removal from 0 to 0.8mm with a planing width of maximum 80mm. With adjustable longitudinal stop, inclinable on both sides by 45° (scale available).
The heart of the machine: Large, ball-bearing planer block with exchangeable HSS blades. Low-noise drive using DC special motor with toothed belts. With practical milling protection that does not interfere during work. Main switch with emergency-stop function and restart protection. A suction connection with vacuum cleaner adapter permits clean working. Including work piece pusher.
