TORMEK KJ-140 - SELF CENTERI LONG KNIFE JIG

This Tormek sharpener attachment is perfectly balanced and provides superior stability when sharpening knives with long, flexible blades, such as filleting knives. It allows to obtain a symmetrical sharpening with the same angle on both sides of the blade. The blade is centered in the device regardless of thickness and geometry, ensuring the same result in both stages of knife sharpening. The long clamp stabilizes the flexible blades and prevents them from bending, ensuring constant angle and pressure throughout the sharpening operation.
