Tax-Free Shopping at our Retail Store

Private customers, Swiss or non-EU residents, who shop at our physical store can benefit from TAX FREE.

They can purchase goods in Italy without VAT or with the right to claim a VAT refund, provided that:

• They are private individuals residing/domiciled in Switzerland or outside the EU.
• The minimum purchase amount is greater than or equal to €70.01 VAT included (€57.38 + VAT)
• The purchased goods are for personal/family use and are transported to Switzerland or another non-EU country within the third month following the purchase.

If the conditions are met at the time of pick-up, we issue an electronic invoice and submit it to customs through the Stamp system.

What do you need to do?

1. Download the STAMP app for Android or iOS and choose whether to sign up or access as a guest.
   You will be asked for a phone number, and then in the profile section, upload your ID and a credit/debit/prepaid card for payment.

2. Shop, make the VAT-free payment, and receive our invoice to be stamped by customs.

3. Go to the ITALIAN Customs office with the unused goods to validate the invoice, also showing your ID.
   You do not need to go to the tax refund kiosks. The goods must leave the EU within the third month following the invoice issuance.
   Then go to your country's customs office to pay VAT and any import duties.

4. In Italy, the stamp is digital, while in other EU countries, it is applied to the paper invoice. If customs stamp the paper invoice, upload a photo on the app.

5. The stamped invoice will be in an approved state on Stamp.

6. Once you receive the confirmation message, the procedure is complete, and you can leave the EU. Have a good trip!

Transparent Pricing

Use Stamp to make free purchases up to €150, or with a one-time fee, you can shop without limits for the entire duration of your trip.
Once the limit (€150) is exceeded, your account will have no limits for up to one month after your first purchase.
Stamp charges a maximum fee of €39.99 based on the total expenditure made during the premium period.
